James Zapp

Director of Enrollment

James Zapp serves as Director of Enrollment for the School of Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of the Incarnate Word. He brings fifteen years of full-time higher education experience across enrollment, admissions, student success, academic support, recruitment and operational leadership. Prior to joining UIW, James held leadership roles at Southern New Hampshire University, the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, the University of Northern Colorado and Piedmont College, where his work focused on building enrollment systems, leading student-facing teams, improving recruitment and admissions processes and turning enrollment, student success and operational data into clearer strategy. In his role with SRS, James leads enrollment operations across the Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Athletic Training programs.
