Congratulations Class of 2024! You are nearing the end of your academic career with the School of Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of the Incarnate Word. Commencement Photography: All students participating in commencement will be photographed. If you are interested in ordering photographs from the ceremony, go to TheGradTeam.com.
Disability Services: If you or your guest require accommodations for a disability, please follow the instructions provided in the Canvas Graduation Course and provide a minimum of one week's notice.
Driving Directions: View driving directions to the Joe and Harry Freeman Coliseum.
Parking: A parking pass will be provided for each graduate when you request ceremony tickets. Graduates should park in Lot 9. Guests arriving in a separate car will need to park separately from the graduate and pay for parking. Guests will be able to park in Lots 1-8. Please note that parking for guests will be announced later and will be cash only.
Tickets: Tickets are required for both the Baccalaureate Mass and the Commencement ceremony. The Registrar's Office will send out a link to request tickets. One ticket for the Baccalaureate Mass is needed by the graduate. The graduate will not need a ticket for the Commencement ceremony. You will also be able to retrieve your parking pass for commencement when you access the ticket portal.
