Patients may qualify if they:
- Are 13 years of age or older
- Has a valid doctors referral
- Are not eligible for Medicare benefits
- Are uninsured or underinsured
- Have exhausted their physical therapy or occupational therapy insurance benefits

How often will I get seen?
